what are the Documents needed

Hi Wife is on H4, and recently she got EAD and Traveling Documents AP, now she is planning to Visit India, what are the Documents are needed to her, and did she needed any special documents while coming back to USA.

Currently here H4 Visa was expired and applied for Extension 6 months back still waiting for H4 and mean while she got EAD and AP. is this any Problem.

Her AP document is sufficient when she returns to the country.

Have her show the immigration officer the AP along with the passport. The immigration officer will stamp the passport and the AP and return them.

Also make sure she carries her EAD - this way if she is asked - she can show her H4, EAD that she has not been out of status.
