Have Green Card - EB-1 - job change?

I have had my employment-based GC for almost 90 days and things are not going well at work (withholding pay and threats to job). Am I allowed to change jobs or do i have to wait six months? what are my rights? I want to be careful as I don't DHS knocking on my door.

if you have GC actual card then you can switch, just document all such incidents to justify your leaving them at the time of application for citizenship. Your GC will not be revoked for this reason.
