I'm a bit concerned about my son's application, which was sent to the CA center on 7/25. It's been 2 weeks and we still haven't heard from them, nor was the check cashed.
I wrote the $400 check myself, but wrote my son's name and A# in the memo field. Now I wonder... does it matter if the check is not being written by the applicant himself?? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
