Hi :\ , I want to start working with a new employer on my EAD, but it is not arriving yet, however I am on valid H1-B status from my previous employer, can I start working?, do I need new H1-B transfer? (Note: I got an EB-2 NIW approved and I am adjusting status).

Not Legal Advice:
An H1B is valid for a single job, with an single employer, at a (usually) single location.
You cannot work in one job with an H1 approved for a different job.
Since you have filed your 485 you are not out of status. However you must obtain an EAD or a new H1 for the new job before you can take up any employment.
