I have a complicated situation:
My labor certification has been approved. Yeaaahhh!
I am getting ready to apply for I-140 & I-485.. and request an Advance Parole.. I can travel back home and get married.. once I get married can I use my H1B status to bring my wife with me or once I receive my Parole my H1B status will be taken away??

Point to remember: I CAN NOT travel back home with my H1B status now since it's a single entry permit and for good reasons, I do not want to take the risk of going to Mexico/Canada to get a multiple visa stamp.

What is the best solution for me in this situation so that I can include my future wife's name in my I-485 application.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
thank you

I have just gotten an idea.
I need someone, prefarably immihelp, to support this idea if you would please. Here it goes:
I apply I-140... after approval I apply for I-485.. and apply for AP.. after receiving AP I go to mexico and try to get a multiple H1B stamped in my passport.. if they issue one I am fine bcz I can go home and bring my wife with me.. on the other hand.. if they refuse I can always use AP to get in to USA.
I think it's a brilliant idea.. :D
Any thoughts???

Idea sounds good. But are you depending on the premise
that you can marry and add your spouse to 485
application at any stage prior to your 485 approval ?
I am just curious. I really don't know the right
answer.
