EAD issue

Hi,
I filed I-140/I-485 concurrently under EB2-NIW category. I need to know if I should have applied for EAD with the petition. If not, when is the correct time to file EAD application. I haven't received the 'receipt number' yet from USCIS. My petition was delivered July 27th, 2007 and it is not until 90 days I would hear anything from USCIS due to high load (Number is 1-800-375-5283 options( 1-->2-->2-->6-->2-->2-->1).

You could have filed for Advance Parole and Employment Authorization documents alongwith your concurrent I-140/1-485 filing. If you have not done then it would be better for you to wait till you get the receipt notice for your I-140/I-485 petitiion. You will need to cross referennce your EAD with your filed petitions. You may want to check with an attorney.
