Do we need to come back to US b4 AP expires ?

hi,

My wife is currently visiting India and her AP expires in Nov. I've applied for the renewal. My question to the gurus is, does she need to come back to US b4 her advanced parole expires ? What are other possible options in case she wants to continue her stay further ?

She does not need to come back before AP expires, but then she won't be able to come back after AP expires, unless of course, AP is renewed.
