I want to apply for the E-3 visa. But I already have an approved employment based greencard petition (I-140). Would it cause a problem regarding the E-3 and immigrant intent? I understand that the E-3 is not a dual-intent visa (unlike the H-1B)
Also, how can I prove that my 2yr nurse training and 6yrs experience is equivalent to the 4yr bachelor degree (BSN), as required for the E-3 visa?
Any help would be much appreciated.
