Rescheduled FingerPrints , but haven't heard back again from USCIS !!!

Hi All,
I rescheduled my FP appointment, as i was not able to attend FP on that date for some personnel reason. But its been almost 6 months now, I haven't heard back from USCIS about FP appointment again.In the meanwhile i moved from apartment to a house which we own ( in the same state ) and later i sent the change of address to USCIS, hoping this could elevate my case. its been now almost 2 months after the change of address notification and i haven't heard back anything from USCIS about FP appointment.
How can i track my case or request for FP appointment again.
My center is TSC.
It will be very helpful, if i can find any pointers from you all...

Since i didn't hear anything about the fingerprint notices after rescheduling (after a wait for 8 months), we just drove to the Finger print center at Charlotte NC on Saturday morning and reached around 9:30 am and explained our situation, they did told that we can get the finger print done that day itself. so we did our finger printing done around 10:30 am in the morning, all services was very good, there were no questions asked and not much crowd,in an hour everything was done..
