I am an Iranian journalist, translator and unuversity professor . I escaped from Iran in Sep 2006 . I have applied for asylum in Belgium and the process is underway. I would like to apply for asylum in the US. Please tell me what steps I should take. I have attached a summary of my case exactly as it was presented to Belgian authorities.
