First of all, what a great website you have created. It is an excellent resource. There is a question I have which I can't seem to find the answer within the website. Does someone traveling with a Letter of Transportation (lost green card) require a transit visa Germany/France/The Netherlands?
They were turned away from the British Airways ticketing counter they day they were trying to check in for their flight to leave India. I want to make certain, that by changing the carrier, and avoiding the UK, would circumvent this unnecessary formality of having to obtain a transit visa at great expense both in time and money.
