Young niece(11 years old) of my wife wants to come to USA for visit.Father and mother not traveling to US. his aunt will bring her over . consulate wants parents to be eligible for visa .(why ) they do not have a lot of money in the bank and self employed without book keeping also they suspect she will stay here for schooling how can we make them( consulate) understand that it will only be for a short visit and tourism and will be on that plane back to thier homeland !!!! This will be 2nd interview and its coming soon !!!!

Well, you can blame other people who did what the consulate suspects for the problems...
The consulate wants to make sure that she returns. That's why they require all this. The parents need to provide the information requested. No way around that.
