I-797c

My wife and I went to Honolulu on July 10th for her biometric appointment for adjustment of status. Yesterday she received another I 797C for another biometric appointment on August 7. I think there has been an error. She has her I-797C stamped in red and as far as we know, everything went perfectly.
Please tell me what to do??
It costs a lot of money to fly to Honolulu just to get her finger prints and picture and I hope we do not have to do this again.

don't mind my asking but i'm a pacific islander and i was wondering where are you from that you had to fly to honolulu? i live close by to guam. thanks.
