Hello,
This is regarding Family Based Immigration.My mothers sister is a citizen in US, she adopted my elder sister n she also is a green card holder, my mother expired few years back n my father got married again......I want to live with my sister now... so can my sister apply for my immigration or can my Mothers Sister apply for my Immigration.....???? Any help will be appreciated.
