I am planning to marry an Indian woman in India.
I have never met her in person. (online matrimony site)
I don't know weather I need to fill out the I-129 or not considering we will be married in India and I'm not trying to get her to the US as a Fience.
Will I still need a petition of intent filed in the US before I travel to India to marry?
Will I be able to file for the K Visa and recieve permission to take her back with me in only a few days? Few meaning 5 or 6 days?
I am very confused about exactly what I need to do for my specific situation.
