I have a priority date for June 1994. I am now 22 and I aged out.

I sent all the documents you could think of to avoid the problem, but now I am facing a wait of close to 3 years if I don't get married.

I had a V-2 for a while but lost it once I turned 21.

I was accepted to go to UC Berkely with full scholarship and need to fix my status.

What can I do now????
Is there any way to appeal the age-out?????

I am very stuck, and can't afford anymore lawyers.

Thank you,
Eddie.

A University accepted my admission. And, has agreed pay for my education. But I need visa. If not, I can't go.

There are many many victims of this age out law.

I feel will be very tuff to show INS your interest to return back to your origin country as your family is there & you intend to pursue immigration visa.& you want try for US visa under any other category.

Except that there are no other applicable visa categories that allow immigration intent. The H1 requires a college degree, and L1 requires that the person worked abroad with the same company for 1 year.
The original poster will have to delay the college stuff until the immigration is sorted out.
