Sample format of affidavit for parents marriage certificate

I understand that one needs parents marriage certificate in for sponsoring them for GC. They do not have a marriage certificate

Can an affidavit be submitted in lieu of marriage certificate ? If so, is there a sample format available ?

Does the affidavit work? I have the same issue as parents do not have a marriage certificate. Many Thanks.
