Outrageous Processing Times!!!!

Why is the Vermont Service Center processing timings for fiancee visa's (I-129F) four months ahead of the other three processing center's??????????

(California processing moved ahead ONE day over the last month!) Can I cancel my application in California and submit a new application in Vermont??????

This is absolutely ridiculous and biased in favor of people living on the East Coast!!!!

I live in PA and submitted I-130 for my brothers to Vermont service center. it got moved to California service center. Now check the difference between the two of them
Vermont is processing Jan 2009
California is processing Jan 2001

So I just think they send it to the place with most delay!!
