I-130 question

My sister a US citizen wants to file for GC for our parents. My question is should we file separate I-130s for my father and mother or is it enough if we file for one of them and then do AOS/CP by including the other as spouse of applicant.

As parents of a U.S. citizen, they are considered "immediate relatives" and therefore, separate petitions must be filed for each of them.
