Hi,
In Nov. 1999 my father filed a I-130 at the Newark District Office, (he is a US citizen). The petion was for my mother, my sister and I. My sister and I are over 21 years old and not married. My mother already has her green card now, but we have not received anything, no even the first Notice of Action. What can we do to find out the status of our petions?. We only have the receipt saying that they received our forms and nothing else. We don’t have a Priority date. Is it the same as my mother's?
