I am a green card holder. I left my baby back home. I was new in the country and was not stable. She will be turning two and her visa has expired last January 2007. I am dissapointed with what's happening back at home. I decided to get her since I now got my resources to take care of her here. She needs me badly now.. She is an illegitimate child. he dont have a visa, embassy people said he should wait till the priority date become current
ours is 2004 dec and current one is 2001, but last few months no dates are available
