What is the fastest way to get my father to US?

Dear All,
I am a US citizen and employed here.
My mother is permanent resident, also in US, but does not work.
Among my mother & I, who should fill I 130 so my father can come over at the earliest?

Since your mother is not working, she can not give any affidavit of financial support. So you can sponsor your father for Green Card.

Besides, as a USC he will be an Immediate relative. In your mother's case he will have to wait under F2A
