appointment letter for IV interview

my appt for family based immigration visa interview is on
20th feb.I have not recd packet 4.My repeated letters & e-mails to consulate chennai is of no use.How do i get a copy of appt letter.Can I meet the visa section in person for this

Yes, you can get appointment letter in person. Just go to consulate information window with identification such as passport.
