I 864 for my parents for family based GC

The dates for my parents family based is current. My aunt who sponsered my dad got letter from ins that they need to fill i 864 form and send it to them. unfortunately my aunt and her husband do not have any income at present so can i file as joint sponser and fill out i 864 and send it to my parents? pl. help
