GC for child

I recently got my GC and become a permanent resident. Now we are planning to have another baby in India (Family reasons). What should be non-immigrant and immigrant process for the baby.

(1) What kind of visa is availabel to the if she needs to travel to USA ?
(2) For the Immigrant purpose, does he has to go thru Family based GC category. If yes, then what would be the category (2A or 2B) and waiting period (as of now).

Thanks!. I suppose she is eligible for F2(A) category. The waiting time for this is about 6 years. In the meantime is there any possiblity for her to come on any non-immigrant visa?
