Getting workpermit...with blood relatioship...

Hi,
I got a baby boy one month back born in US. By birth he is US citizen. I am on H1B1 visa and my wife and my another kid are on H4 visa.
I don't want to go back to India.
Is there any way to get the workpermit or residency in US base on my one month son's citizenship.
Your advise will be highly appreciated.
