I will file separate application forms (I-130) for my father and mother
for CP
and send them together. How about my birth certifcate, their marriage
certificates etc? INS wants 2 copies I think per application.
1) If I bunch
both applications together, should I send 2 copies of all docs do or
just
2 for each application? No need to send originals I suppose.
2) INS also specifically says not to copy my certificate of
Naturalization
but they still need 2 copies. Is it okay to copy and get it notarized
or just send them the
original?
Thanks

Hi,
You can copy the citizenship certificate now, but you need to notarize it. I think you don't have to apply for both of them. Just apply for your mother for example, your father will automatically get the green card. Once the application is approved, your mother gets packet 3 in which she has to say that her husband is also accompanying her to this country. your father also would go to the interview with his information. He will get it. Please confirm what I said. That was the procedure I knew of, it could have been changed. However, I am sure that Packet 3 has questions such as accompanying spouse and children. 5 years ago my relatives did it like I explained above. Only one copy of each is enough. Don't send the originals of anything including you Citizenship Cert.
