I am a US citizen. Applied for my parents GC (130) in May98. At that time I was told that the processing time is 21 months. 21 months came and went and still no signs. I call tehm again, and they now say 32 months. Is this possible. In the mean time I read that TSC processing times for I130 are as follows:
I-130 Other 01/21/98
I-130 U.S. Citizen-Visa Number Available 05/04/00
Which one applies to me. When I recently called them, they asked me for some receipt number. The only receipt that I have is from the fees that I paid when applying for the form. Can some one tell me how do I get this receipt?
