My son was born in U.S.A.1980 and He went back to my country with me when he was 6 months old
and came to the US. again this year. He will petition for immigrant visa for me next year when he turns 21.
For the petition he needs the Form I-864. How he can meet the sponsor's income requirement when
he has to show a copy of complete Federal income tax return for each of the most recent 3 tax years
since he's just start working less than one year. I will really appreciate of any suggestions.

You don't have to submit returns for all the three years if he did not file them because he did not make any money. You can just attach an explanation why they were not filed. If he makes enough money his salary statement from the employer alone is enough for I-864. If he does not, just have a joint sponser,it could be you, and produce three years tax returns if you have filed. I would suggest go to a qualified accountant for I-864.
