Dear Sir/Madam
At present time I am in the US on J-2 visa, since my husband has J-1 visa (subject to 2 yrs home residency).
1-Can I change my status from J-2 (subject to home residency) to J-1 ( also subject to 2 yrs home residency) in the US?????
2- If I do as above ( first question ), can my husband change his status from J-1 (subject to home residency) to J-2 ( subject to home residency) in the US ????
