Hello,

Great website, I have found it very helpful. However, I was reading over the myths about Refusal and Reapplication section and I was wondering if those reapplication rules apply to all nationalities. I am Brazilian and I'd like to know the consquences of applying too early. There are so many stories out there and one does not know what to believe. Do I have to wait a certain pediod before re-applying, if I was rejected?

In absence of which rule/myth you are referring to, it would be difficult to tell whether it applies to all nationalities.

You have to legally wait only 3 business days to reapply after being rejected.
