Need your advice.

Hello all,

I work as an engineer, my company offers an opportunity to get an international assignement worldwide but as the business is growing up in undesired contries, when I asked for assignment to Australia (despite of their need in people) , they said I need to have a fiancee or a husband there so they will assign me there by purpose of being near him because of the strict work permit there, Should I abandon?
