Schengen Visa from consulate of France

Dear Sir,

I am holding People's Republic of China passport,

and I applied tourist visa from Consulate of France which suppose to be my first entry country,

but due to ticketing problem I have to travel Milan of Italy first then Paris of France.

please advise me that if is ok to change entry country to meet rule of Schengen Visa ?
