Dear Sir/Madem,

Good morning! I wanted information about two matters.

1-I'm permanent resident of USA.I was in USA from Nov-1974 to July-1978 on my Green card.I came back to USA in July-2003, applied for renewal of my Green card in Oct-2003 & I got it in June-2004.When will I be eligible to apply for US citizenship?

2-My brother in law has got 10 years multientry visa.He lives in India.Is
there any requirement to visit USA first time in certain time limit?
Please answer & guide me.
