i got my green card in 2002 and i applied my citizenship in 2007. now i am on waitng process. My problem is due to some family reason i will have to go back my country for 5 month...i will not break my continues residency. will it effect ?And if i get anything from them when i will not here ,my dad is here and he will get it as i a living with him so i will come anytime..can i leave usa for such a long time? will they ask me anything at the time of interview my reason of going...

I went through a similar case recently. I was back and forth for almost 1.5 years due to business...just made sure that I never broke the six month rule...my interview went fine without any issues. They just don't want to see that you've abandoned the country permanently.
