I have already applied for extension of my tourist visa.My I 94 is again expiring before the date of match.Should I apply for Extension for second time? What are my chances of getting an extension for second time?

You can not apply for 2 extensions on the same I-94 stay. Chances are 100% it will be denied.
You can not live in the USA for 18 months on a visitor visa. Your visa will be flagged as an immigration risk and/or cancelled.
I suggest you go back home and not return to the USA for at least 2 years.
