Hi,
I was granted asylum in sep of 2006. Its been more than a year and now i wanted to apply for a green card. If u can kindly answer some of my question i would be very thankful to you.
1. What form should i apply for to get the green card?
2. Do i have to pay for it?
3. I live in u.s. So how long is it gonna take to get the green card?
One last and the most important question is, when we got the political asylum. It was from my mom and she applied it because she is divorced and she dont want to go back home where her husband is. She had a fear of going back and i was in her case. So if i want to apply for my dad if its possible then what should i do and how should i do it.....please help me in this and be very detailed if possibly can...i would really appreciate if u can help me.......thanks a lot already for just reading and taking your time out to answer my question.
