Hi,
I am holding a J2 Visa which is expiring on May 31, 2008. My wife, the J1, is currently doing her Master’s degree. We will be returning to our Country in mid July to get the Visa for another 3 years in line with her PhD in the same University, as approved by the USAID Fulbright program.
Kindly advise if I can have the EAD extended on that premise. I would also be starting with my PhD in the US from fall 2008.
