Hi all,

I would like to know whether affidavit for father & monther documents should be printed in charted accountants letter pad? or is it a simple word document printout with CA seal & singature?

Also propery estimate (land,jewelry etc) should be on charted accountant letter pad? or is it a simple word document printout with CA seal & signature?

what is the difference between these two??

I would be glad,if some one clarify on this.

The difference is one looks more authentic when on an official letter head. The truth is, may times, VO don't even look at these CA statements and other loads of documents.

They are trained to see from the answers of people and family background if they will be a potential immigrant. They do make mistakes in rejecting some visitor visa applicants which is normal.

I invited my parents for my graduation and did not even know that a CA statement was needed. They attended the interview without any such documents and were lucky and got a visa issued.

Honestly, I think it is a hit or miss.
