hi, i got a question for you guys, i have had visa to work legally as well ssn and gone for the time that my visa allowed me, but my husband time ago he stayed with visa B2 going out of status and now the we won the letter is under his name, not mine (cause both of us applied) anyways he won right, so he can started getting the paper work for us, but since he stayed out of status and working illegally would that be bad/denying or future cancelation of visa, to get started the DV paper work???
thanks a lot guys...

How long was the overstay? Is he currently in the US? How long has it been? May be a tough case for approval depending on the number of days of overstay involved.

he stayed about 2yrs, without asking for any public help (any gov, help or any other type) he got B2 for 10 years that he still have until 2012, anyways he never got a ticket or nothing, never messed nothing up, clean totally. before his I-94 expired he went to CNDA and he returned his i-94 as far as i know as he told me (guys), he returned after 2 yrs. he still have his visa good until 2012 which it doesn’t mean nothing to get back in the US. but he told me that when he left no one asked him nothing, he didn’t pass for any check point or something like that, but there is a form that he has to put if he ever worked illegally in USA, i have worked legally but he hasn’t legally, so we don’t know what to do.... thank you txh1b...

hoo by the ways he talked to his ex-boss and he offered any type of paper he could need from him... just an extra coment...
