My daughter would like to hire this lady who has a H2B visa working for the hotel and resort services. Her visa expires in June 30, 2008 and she just arrived in this county on Jan. 22, 2008. Do you know what kind of petition paper should I file in order for her to work for us after June 30th.....I called uscis, but you get recorded messages and I finally located the local uscis office in Phoenix, but only meet with people who have appointments and I don't have phone number to call for information.
