Dear ImmiHelp Webmaster,
I would like to know can I return to USA or not. My case is I was an Aupair in America program for 2 years by J1 Visa then I extended my status to student for English Student but I could not attend my class or paid ontime so Institute terminated my status to Home Office. I didn't know that when I went to discuss to return to class. They said I must live the USA, unfortunately I didn't go back my country immediately. Afterthat almost a year I returned my country (Thailand). Should I get blacklist from USA? Can I return to the US? How can I know that I must have an opportunity to come back there? Please let me know. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
