H4 visa application and related question

Hi,
Thanks for the earlier replies about the maiden name issue for H4 application. One question regarding the supporting papers for H4.
The company I work for, changed its name and now I receive my salary/pay-stubs under the new company name. The company has kept the same Federal Employer ID and state ID and has issued me the employment verification letter on the older letterhead, as well as a clarification note about the new name on the new stationery. I guess these letters will be sufficient if my wife is asked to show my pay-stubs and find that the name of company is different from what I have on my H1 petition/approval notice. Any advice/issues you might foresee?

recently I changed my employer, my petition is not yet approved, does my wife can go with the old petition which is valid upto 2008 for visa stamping in india, any idea??
