Case status online (Validation Error)

My wife got interview letter. If I go online to check her case status it gives me following .

*Case Status Retrieval Failed

*The status for this Receipt Number is incomplete at this time in this
automated system and can not be displayed. Please check your case receipt
number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about
your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

My guess is untill interview is cleared we can not check status.

I've been checking mine and up to the time I got my interview letter I was able to, and since I get the same error as you. So I guess while it's in this phase it cannot be checked online.

I get the same message as well everytime I check (have received interview letter). why even have the functionality if it does not work?!
