Can anyone tell me how long does it take to get I-140 approved from RD? My RD is July 15 2002...can snyone tell me how long does it take for my case?
Anyone applied for I-140 around that time and is planning to go for CP? Please reply....

I called up NSC last week. Their automated recording suggest that it takes between 130 to 160 days.
My RD is 19th June. Not heard from them so far.

My I-140 got cleared on 9/27/2002. The RD was 06/19/2002.

I have a RD of NSC I-140 of 08/30/02. Did you also file your I-485 concurrently? The reason i am asking this is I am ready to file my I-485 concurrently , but i have read some forums stating that if you file concurrently then both I-140 and I-485 are adjusted at the same time. So i am in a fix to wait for I-140 approval and then file 485 or to go ahead with it right now.
