My Situation
> Six year limit ends in Aug 03 (less than a year from now)
> Laid off from employer (A)
> (A) filed labor (state approved, federal pending)

Quesitons
> Can the I-140 be filed with a different employer?
> Can the I-140 be filed by the old employer (A), but after notifiying INS of termination of employment.
