Question about N.400 naturalization application form

The application #16 said that Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including former INS and military officers) for any reason?

The problem is that I got a warning from the officer for improper left turn from 2006, so I wonder should I said yes or no to that question? And I'm about to have the interview soon, should I present that Violator Copy when I do the interview?

NO! Minor traffic violations are not part of a criminal act. Don't mention it and just relax. They would like to know if you were ever arrested in any crime related incident.
