Good afternoon
I was in usa 3 times-first 2 times on j1 visa,and the last time on b2 tourist visa, which i extended on 6 months more -so totally the last time in usa i was for 1 year as a tourist,then i returned and tried to get new one tourist,but i got refusal-the last refusal was in november 2007.What are my chances in such siuation to get c1/d visa?
