Friends,
I am expecting my labor certification any time now and thinking of doing Consular processing. Please help me to choose a decision. I am an Indian citizen and my wife is Singapore citizen. In this scenario, can I do my CP in india ? or is it possible at all to do consular processing for couple with different citizenship? I am totally confused... please.. please share your thoughts

You are the primary applicant. You are Indian. You will process in India. Your wife will also process in India since she will be at the interview with you and her application is part of your case.
