Any Recent I140 approvals from VSC ( Eb-1) on L1A?

I am just applying for I140 on 07/08/02 at vermont and I am on L1a visa ....How long it could take for notice and subsequet approval....any pratical advice would be appreciated.....I know the processing times of VSC but need to know about anyone with similiar situation who got recent receipt or approvals?
